Overview

The Benefits Administrator position is responsible for executing on the administration functions of the (GTRS) Grand Traverse Resort and Spa group benefit program offerings (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker’s compensation, life insurance, various supplemental insurance plan options, flexible spending plans, 401K retirement plan, COBRA, etc.). This position will provide excellent customer service and report to the Director of Human Resources. Working cooperatively with the Director of Human Resources they design, deliver, and administer quality benefit plan options to GTRS employees. The administrator will handle all day-to-day administrative duties but also work to find creative ways to engage employees in and continually improve the company’s benefit offerings.
